Training would be provided Post Selection. The candidate would be on training for a month after going live and would be fixed Stipend during that tenure(30 days which includes training and live calls). Probationary offer letter would be issued for 3 months after training period. After which final offer with hike would be provided. The candidate can be deemed to be not suitable even after selection as he/she has to fulfill SLA during the probation on going live.
